The Interviewer has the facility to add an applicant to the wishlist if they need to get in touch in the future. So the user can directly shortlist an applicant from the Wishlist.
Rate cards are allocated for each and every applicant once an interview is scheduled. This will be the working area of the interviewer while interviewing the candidate.
This feature has been implemented to blacklist an applicant if the interviewer feels like it. So any blacklisted applicant will not be able to apply for any vacancy of the said organization.
